How to Cancel your account.
Progress Points subscriptions can be cancelled at any time during your yearly subscription. Simpley log in with your admin account information and select the cancel button in the account maintenance tab. Once your account is cancelled all users in your subscription will be inactivated. Your yearly subscription will be pro-rated for the months of the year you have used the service, and your credit card will be refunded. Minus a 5% cancellation fee.
